Required skills:

Have full knowledge of items served on the menu.

Keep high sales turnover by promoting all F&B items on the menu.

Take customers’ orders to standard.

Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Food and Beverage outlets.

Report anything considered a health and safety hazard.

Prevent abuse and/or destruction of hotel property.
