To support adults with autism and related disabilities in the attainment of knowledge and skills that will enhance their well-being, independence and social inclusion.

• Knowledge and understanding of what the role involves
• An ability to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role

Education & Qualifications:
• Educated to A Level or recognised child care qualification
• A good standard of written and verbal communication in English
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy
